Nine-story tower roll

2 small rolls, 80g ginger, 4 shallots, 10 garlic heads, 2 red peppers, 30g nine-story tower

Salt, monosodium glutamate, white pepper, flax oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine

Preparation process:
Ginger slices, green onion cuts, garlic whole (cut heads and tails too large and cut in half), pepper cut oblique slices, small rolls cut into a cylindrical shape, nine-layer tower need not be cut

Production conditioning process:
The medium roll is slightly hot with boiling water, and it is taken up and soaked in ice water.

  1. First sauté the garlic and add the onion to fry. Then pour the onion and garlic into a small bowl.
  2. Add sesame oil to stir-fry and add sugar to the popping ginger. After frying the color of the sugar, pour the garlic and peppers together and add oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, medium rolls and spring onions.
  3. In the third step, the casserole is heated, and a layer of nine-layer tower is laid on the bottom.
